Verlauf:: Vom Parkplatz Boca da Corrida Richtung Encumeada-Pass (PR 12 - Caminho Real da Encumeada) - Boca do Cerro - Aufstieg zum Pico Grande - zurück zum Boca do Cerro - Richtung Encumeada-Pass bis zu Umkehtpunkt - zurück zum Ausgangspunkt

Distanz: ca. 14 Km 400 Hm

Start: 08.30 Parkplatz Boca da Corrida

Ende: 13.50 Parkplatz Boca da Corrida

Zustand: Mittelschwer, ausgesetzte Stellen im Aufstieg ab Boca do Cerro, Gipfelbrocken mit leichter Kletterei

Bemerkungen: Kein nennenswerter Schatten, deshalb früher Start empfohlen, keine Quellen, der Weg ist oberhalb der ausgesetzten Stelle bei Boca do Cerro häufig verschüttet
